We’ve been very happy with GSM for service on our mini-split AC. Our interactions today with technician Mason were especially impressive. There was a miscommunication about what was needed which created a lot of unnecessary work for him, not to mention he had to turn around and come back to our location after we did not get his initial phone call! He handled it all with a friendly, professional attitude, and did a great job fixing what was actually needed! The schedulers at the main office are always friendly and on top of things, too. Thanks GSM! I highly recommend you guys.
GSM Continues to impress. We had a quarterly check-up. They came in, checked us out, did maintenance and made sure we had everything we needed. professional, courteous and helpful. Wow!
