Brandon did a great job explaining the project and overseeing that the job was done to meet expectations. All installers were very professional and it was an overall great experience. Tom came out and did an excellent job fixing/replacing the flashing and located and fixed the boot around the sewer vent. Tom is very thorough and has an eye for detail.
Jose and Tom were both good to work with and they made an unpleasant situation (damage originating from poor work of previous contractor) into a simple resolution. They were also very fast at getting me scheduled as well as conducting the repairs.
Customer service was phenomenal - specifically the way the Brandon takes care of people. He was prompt and proactive in reaching out and you can tell he actually cares about the people he’s working for and takes pride in doing the right thing.

The installation crew arrived right on time and worked impressively hard to complete the job in less than a day, including an impeccable cleanup.
