The classroom portion's informative and easy-to-understand videos really help you learn about the rules and procedures on the road, meanings of traffic signs, and the car's structure. The driving portion also helped me learn about being gentler on the brake, gas, and steering wheel, as well as making certain turns and understanding intersections! “My son is a homeschool student and it was very easy to sign him up for the driver's ed portion through Gaston County Schools and the NC Driving School. The NC Driving School reached out a month before my son's birthday and tried to schedule his driving hours, but we couldn't get it to work with his co-op school schedule. Carrie Smith texted us in the last of May to set up driving hours and her communication was so organized! She had multiple times and dates you could pick from! During the driving portion Mrs. Smith was incedibly caring towards the students and very sweet towards the parents.
