These ladies are so welcoming. The whole vibe is relaxed. There is no backbiting or the other pettiness you find at other shops (of course, there could be behind the scenes, but as a client you’d never know based on the good energy). I received a treatment, cut and silk press from Ebony. I was nervous and didn’t have great expectations going in the door. She walked me through each step, gave awesome advice and was genuinely present; she heard me! Too often stylist don’t take the time to listen but she did. I felt like more than a check to her.
