I've been taking mowers and lawn equipment to Dale's since 2003. He is a man of few words, but I get a chuckle out of him periodically. In 23 years, there was one time I had to go back because there was a missing bolt in the deck. He made it right immediately and he gave me a couple new blades to make up for the mistake.
My respect for him and his work....... I can't put it into words. I will go to his shop as long as he's there.

For the people who people who are not familiar with this type of business (such as some of the comments here):
Dale is probably not going to answer the phone often during the “busy” season. That’s when everyone uses equipment and he is doing repairs. There is no office staff.
He’s also going to tell you like it is, but he
isn’t rude about it.

If you're looking for a warm and fuzzy feeling you're not going to get it from Dale. However, if you want your lawn mower running again, he's the guy to go to! Highly recommended!
