The doctor was fantastic. Took her time to listen and ask questions . Then the receptionist Victoria was a god send for me . Patient and so helpful . They were so great , made me feel at ease . The pharmacy lady was also very sweet and helpful !
This care facility is true to their t.v. ads. The staff is customer friendly. I especially like the one on one attention with the primary doctor. The activities director is pleasant, caring, and helpful.
I just wanted to thank the staff at the Gastonia Primary Senior Care for getting my meds back to me in such a timely manner!! It’s so refreshing when you get to interact with people instead of a robot these days! A special thanks to Cindy for driving to my home to make sure I had my medicine! I’m most grateful to you all! The weekend phone receptionist went beyond what her job was just to ensure that I was ok!
