I was looking for a place close to my home to take my dog, Max, my labrador retriever for a grooming. I read all the reviews and decided to take him here. I am so happy I did. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. I took him at 9am and Akea, the one that was going to groom Max, said it would take 2 to 3 hrs and that she would text/call when he was ready to be picked up. At 1130 she text and said he was ready. When I got there he looked amazing. They all talked about how good he was. I was worried when I left him there because he has separation anxiety. I’ve been taking my dogs here for almost 4 years and they always look great when they’re done! I have tried other places closer to my new house and always end up coming back to Biscuits, Bath & Beyond. I highly recommend bringing your pups here.
