The pedicure was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced this morning. The lady that serviced me cut my skin on my big toe (it still hurts). She didn’t remove any of the dry skin from my heals. The pedicure was LESS than mediocre. I will never go back. Now I know why it was empty. Don’t waste your money!!!!

Went to get a gel manicure and she did such a horrible job at it. And when I’m complaining that she didn’t do it right, she kept on denying it. I didn’t tip her and won’t be going back either

I went here for a fillin and a pedicure. Pedicure was excellent. My nails not so much. I asked for pointed stiletto nails and came out with rounded almond shape. My nails were already shaped, so i'm not sure why she reshaped them to something else. Amy did my nails. Upon leaving, I left a tip and she harassed me about how much I left for a tip. First and foremost tips are optional, and they are dependent upon service received. Frankly, she didn't deserve a tip at all because of her lack of expertise and her lack of customer service skills. On top of that, they give you a baggie with a buffing block and a fingernail file in it. They tell you if you don't bring it back...read full review
