Excellent from start to finish. I was very impressed with the entire team that was involved with my Care. They were all both personal and professional. I felt like the way they communicated and collaborated with each other was extraordinary. If myself or any of my family members ever needed the services again they would definitely be who we would use.

My third day at home. Had to call their office to ask them why they had not contacted me. Was told they would call back with answers in an hour. About four hours later they called back only to say someone would contact me tomorrow to set up a schedule. In my opinion this is not acceptable. I need the most help when I first get home.
They know that I’m upset with them so I’m not expecting much care. We will see. I will be posting a review as my care progresses. Right now a two star review is pretty lenient.

They're good, I was only a driver for one of their parents but it seemed like a quick visit and the nurses I spoke with out in the parking lot were not only fine, but nice to speak with also.
