Dr. Ruffolo, is very professional and courteous, he seats down and explains your condition, and the procedure that he preformed, and how I'm progressing, I don't leave his office wondering what's next, if I have questions he answers them truthfully.
This visit went very well. Dr Neal and his staff very professional and caring. I did not have to wait very long before getting to see Dr Neal (which was unlike my previous appointment where I waited 90 minutes.)
From the moment I walked into this facility I was treated with kindness and respect. The receptionists, the med tech, the radiologist and the doctor were all attentive, friendly and professional. There is nothing more I could ask for in a visit to a medical provider. Thank you!
