Customers praise the exceptional customer service they receive at Ulta Beauty. An employee was very friendly and empathetic, giving a lot of helpful advice on how to care for skin. Another customer received excellent service when an employee helped to place an online order for a Mac Stone lipstick and waived the delivery fee. The staff was nice, though some hair services may not meet expectations.
