I called in to Tower Heating & Air to get some information about my newly installed BOSCH HVAC which was actually completed by another company. I was hoping to get just a couple minutes at most of someone's time to ask a few questions about the unit, but I was pleasantly surprised when Reggie, the service manager took upwards of an hour going over not just my system, but my ductwork and layout of my home in hopes of providing me maximum efficiency. I met Craig in a local networking group, and when my hot water heater decided to rupture, I rang him up and he was able to get Monroe, Ian, and Juan over to my place in 1 business day.
Our water heater was a bit odd, so they had to find a solution that would fit, but they stayed with me and it as the found one, took the old one out, installed the new one (which was a bit more complicated than expected), and now we have hot water again!

Great experience with Tower, specifically Moe the technician who came to our home. They came out same day of service call to diagnose tankless hot water heater. Advised problem may be with cartridges in the shower itself which will lead us to test other shower to determine real fix needed. Grateful for their honest diagnosis and not trying to sell us parts and services not needed.
