We had a fantastic experience with Steven Batty Contracting. We contacted several roofers about a leak we were experiencing, and Tanner from Steven Batty was among the first to respond. He quickly came out to take a look, was thorough in his communication, and extremely helpful throughout the process.
It turned out the source of our leak wasn’t a roofing issue, but Tanner still went above and beyond to help us address the problem. That kind of care and integrity is rare these days, and we truly appreciated it. Highly recommend!

Communication throughout the project was excellent. Steven always answered calls and was really helpful navigating any roofing questions, got to the source of the leak in my house and helped me get my insurance claim go through so that could offset my costs. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and the crew was courteous and respectful at all times. It's rare to find contractors who are this reliable, honest, and easy to work with.
