Every time I go to Riccobene-Apex, I am so blessed with the staff. I have real dentist anxiety, as old as I am. However, I have been going here for 4 yrs and today the entire staff was different (Dr. Clark was still there). I felt anxious. I am used to Melissa as my hygienist (amazing). It started with the new front desk Office Manger (Jessica), warming, professional and inviting; then Joel the hygienist, patient, calming and considerate during the cleaning and Tabitha the dental assistant (a fill-in from the Durham Office), you would think she was right at home because she was my peace. If you are looking for a dentist office, I promise that you will not be disappointed!
Such an amazing experience at this place- and that is saying a lot being that experience was a root canal. I was referred here due to a need for a root canal and local places not having an opening for over a month. From the very first time I called, I was met with extremely helpful people. They took the time to explain why it would be worth the wait to be able to use my insurance and recommended a pain management plan for the time I did have to wait. The endodontist I saw was fantastic. She was kind and personable and her assistant was one of the kindest people I have met. She was so patient and gentle with every step. As a person that has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, I was very hesitant going in for a root canal. BUT, Dr. Chen and her Assistant, Tina, were the best. They worked with me and got me through it. I would highly recommend Riccobene in Garner, NC!
