City of Raleigh refused to come out to inspect a leak that was soaking my lawn with waste water. Since it was in my yard and not puddling in the street, they said it was my problem and told me to call a plumber. My friend recommended Poole's.
I cannot say enough about how helpful and kind these folks are! From the on-call technician, Joe, to Supervisor Tim Carlin (aka: Superhero), who stayed on City of Raleigh for a WEEK until he got them to come out and repair the leak on their main line. In the midst of it all, I had to leave town and Tim assured me he would see it through. He even stayed in touch with my HOA president with updates. KUDOS to this team!

Poole's Plumbing (PPI) came out and completed a first time intallation of our 2 Aquor Hot+Cold outside faucets. John & Chris did a great job without any flaws. PPi was very reponsive and quicker than we expected. Will definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs. We are very happy!!!

We used Poole’s yesterday for three household jobs and have called them a few times in the past. We could not be more pleased! Their work is excellent in every way and the plumbers are always helpful and kind.
