Phoenix physical therapy saved my football career. I’m a collegiate football player and i’ve been dealing with shoulder and lower back pain for years until I met Angel and her staff. After consistent therapy throughout the summer, i felt more confident and stronger than ever. 100% recommend!!!

Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic that focuses on whole body Wellness. Provides treatment of injuries caused by trauma or illness that results in pain, loss of strength, and/or loss of range of motion that restricts participation in daily activities. Free consultations provided as option prior to initiation of treatment to determine if physical therapy is appropriate. Sessions performed in office, in the clients home, and/or via virtual teleheath services for client convenience. Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, as well as affordable treatment options for uninsured or underinsured.
