I Walked in with a piece of backsplash that I needed cutting and they said no problem and did it for me right away. There was no charge and I engaged in great conversation about construction during the five minutes it took to cut the backsplash for me. I need an extension cabinet for my house and it will definitely be done here. Oh, by the way, the charge was zero.
