AMAZING service! Called on Tuesday afternoon and they had a plumber at our house at 8:30 am the very next day. Michael was on time and so very informative. He cleaned out pipes, replaced our garbage disposal and the trap so quickly and efficiently and was very reasonably priced. He also shared with us info about our warranty for the disposal and showed us how to reset the disposal in the future if needed. We could not be more pleased! Thank you KW Boykin Plumbing!

Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and on task! Michael arrived on time, clearly explained issues and repairs, and was prompt to send the paperwork. For what it's worth, as a woman, I also found him totally cool and not remotely creepy. The woman I spoke with on the phone to schedule (I'm sorry, I can't remember your name!) was so kind and made me feel well taken care of. Thanks KW Boykin! You're permanently programmed in my phone!

Keith and his team are by far the best. I went a cheaper route this one time instead of using him and as per usual you get what you pay for! An unfinished and sloppy job. However, Keith came in and saved the day. Thank you all so much! Call them for your plumbing needs you will not regret it!
