We retained Jarrett Joines, JHI Services LLC to performed a home inspection, pest inspection, radon test, and HVAC inspection (by United Southern HVAC as third party) as part of our due diligence on a town house we are buying in Raleigh NC. All involved inspectors arrived on time the same day when we could also be present, conducted thorough and careful inspections, found many more issues than the previous inspection, and patiently answered all of our questions and took time to help us understand the issues.
