Being military it's hard to find a good barber/hair cut place that does an excellent Skin-Zero fade at an affordable price. I'm a very minimalist type person with getting my hair cut, but I expect it to be done right. There are many fancy barbershops that have extra amenities like serving beer, super nice furniture , or having 50 TVs set up for sports. I'm not interested in that but I felt like I ended up paying for those in my haircut price. Heavenly Cuts took me in, cut my hair, and had me on my way in a timely fashion. Recommend this spot for any military dudes seeking our infamous fades.

The guys in the shop are friendly, fast and give great hair cuts. They have enough barbers to get you in and out which I love. The shop is always neat and clean. Heavenly Cuts is involved in the Garner community and care about their customers. You can find them in the Forest Hills Plaza next to the Garner DMV.
