They fixed my vehicle in a desperate situation, were the prices reasonable, well 200 over the estimate is not acceptable. Slow to get part installed but they did warn me. Part is still working, but it's only been a week. I can't give negative reviews because the fixed a broken starter, but there is room for improvement.

Want to take a moment and give a huge shout out to a mechanic named AJ. I got some work done at firestone a few days ago, and my car seemed to be driving differently. Firestone was great and said to bring it by. Spoke to them, and me not knowing really anything about cars left me in a terrible feeling. I felt like i was playing charades. With minimal explanations from me and a few sounds and gestures, they looked at my car and came back about 10 minutes later. AJ spoke to me and said, "Take it for a drive." Every appointment we make with Firestone has been great. They go through in detail the scope of work needed and explain the potential for future work to keep in mind. The staff is always pleasant.
