Extremely Inviting and welcoming Therapist. I had pain that kept me from sleeping and being active like I wanted to be. Jordan has helped turn that around. Does a great job of addressing the issues and educating on the things that need to take place to make the pain go away.

I am so thankful Cura Ortho PT opened their space up for the prenatal yoga series I attended. Jordan (PT) was present for each session and was able to share her knowledge about the pelvic floor as it relates to pregnancy. I appreciated all of her recommendations to help me feel well throughout my pregnancy and to perform safe poses as related to my symptoms during the yoga classes. Thanks again Jordan!

Cura also offers targeted care for women who may be pregnant our postpartum and are looking to continue or return back to high impact activities like running or lifting. Dr. Jordan creates a comfortable, fun and caring environment for women to feel confident about themselves. Cura Pelvic & Ortho Physical Therapy also provides services for everyone struggling with hip, lower back and neck pain. These may be addressed with many evidence based treatment methods such as spinal manipulation, dry needling with eStim, cervical traction, and of course, targeted strength and mobility exercises.
