We brought our husky in after a traumatic accident, and the team helped us the moment we walked through the door. They rushed her back and cared for her with such compassion. Dr. Richard was incredibly patient and gentle with our sweet girl. Although we ultimately had to say goodbye, we are deeply grateful for the care she received. We will absolutely be returning as regular patients with our other two pets at home.
Dr Basden and her wonderful doctors and staff have taken care of my fur babies for over 25 years. My babies love them, because everyone of the people there love what they do. Would never want to go anywhere else.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have been working with Dr Richard’s but have seen others here as well. Very compassionate and helpful staff. They follow up with phone calls for as long as it takes to get my cat well. I have been very impressed that they prefer natural methods and don’t pressure me into a bunch of tests first thing. They offer them but no pressure. If you are looking for a vet that truly cares about your pet I highly recommend CSAH.
