I had a great experience. From the initial reservation to the first call discussing the work area and setup, to the heads up of the team on the way to my condo, to starting and finishing the tile and carpet cleaning. Zach was excellent at communicating and ensuring all of my needs were taken care of. Zach ensured that he and his team took every precaution to safely work and cover carpets, railings, and befriend my dog. Zach makes it his mission to provide the utmost quality preparation, cleaning, and follow up with excellent communication.
