The eye exam process is innovative and very affordable. Optician and Eye Exam technician are kind, professional and patient. My only criticism relates to BJ's selection of frames. It was difficult to find a frame because some very good options were not customizable (swap out short temple arms for longer ones), Definitely recommend the eye exam and if a frame is available, the experience and affordability will be hard to beat by any competitor in the same market space,
The employees at BJ's Optical in Garner are absolutely wonderful! I've had more experience with Lisa who is so very personable and professional that she's a true asset to BJ's. When Vanessa makes phone contact with you she's so understanding and considerate, she also is an asset to BJ's.
April and Lisa offer superb customer service. I greatly appreciate their personal touch with the sale part of the deal and their continued concern for what is best for me as a person/customer.
