The selection of frames is extensive, and customer service is consistently noted as good, with staff being kind and helpful. Many appreciate the option to apply FSA/HSA benefits. Recent reviews highlight the thorough eye exams and the assistance received in choosing the right frames, particularly for progressive lenses. BJ's Optical is located at 255 Shenstone Blvd, Garner, NC, and is highly recommended for those seeking quality eyewear and exceptional service, with a commitment to providing glasses within 7 to 10 business days.
The eye exam process is innovative and very affordable. Optician and Eye Exam technician are kind, professional and patient. My only criticism relates to BJ's selection of frames. It was difficult to find a frame because some very good options were not customizable (swap out short temple arms for longer ones), Definitely recommend the eye exam and if a frame is available, the experience and affordability will be hard to beat by any competitor in the same market space,
The employees at BJ's Optical in Garner are absolutely wonderful! I've had more experience with Lisa who is so very personable and professional that she's a true asset to BJ's. When Vanessa makes phone contact with you she's so understanding and considerate, she also is an asset to BJ's.
April and Lisa offer superb customer service. I greatly appreciate their personal touch with the sale part of the deal and their continued concern for what is best for me as a person/customer.
