They do what they promise and more from Jordan who did our estimate and was very nice and knowledgeable to our installation crew of Mason and Damien who were EXCELLENT, hardest working two guys who let you know everything they were doing during the process. Tar Heel Basement did a great job in encapsulating the crawlspace of our Education Building at our church. Luke G. enlightened us with a good explanation of mitigation for our moisture and drainage issues. Charles and DJ who performed the work were knowledgeable, courteous and optimistic about the good job they would do. They were there when they said they would be and finished the job when they said they would. Very happy with the fine, quality work! Installation of Sump Pump and Dehumidifier all went well.
I had quite a bit of work done by Tarheel due to sinking foundation. In total, 10 push piers, poly jacked garage slab, and a carbon fiber wrapped interior corner in the crawl space. Customer service has been good. Robert was a good foreman.
