My Personal opinon after many months of training daily. These are my observations and I stand by them. This location should be The Standard when it comes to providing a clean, safe, friendly and purposeful gym experience. I'll start off by saying Cara, the Manager, is an absolute model of customer service. Cara has the unique ability to articulate well, provide knowledge and information to customers, develop relationships with clients, all while mainting the highest level of proffessionalism. One of the closest locations to my house. I alternate between here and the garner location. I love them both, garner is just super crowded, most mornings, even when I go at 5am. Which is fine, I have no issues with it, it just requires waiting around to use equipment occasionally, but I love planet fitness. The hours are most definitely convenient and the equipment is up to date and simple to use!
Different than my normal home base planet fitness but still great.
