Outstanding, outstanding. Mr. Norman was on time, professional and very knowledgeable in his skills. Went to troubleshooting and explaining what the problem was in terms a laymen could understand. Fixed the problem in a very short time and had my heat working. I was even more pleased with the final cost. I highly recommend Norman's Heating and Cooling, LLC. to all my veteran friends. GREAT JOB Mr. Norman.
Ronald just left my house after our unit kept blowing fuses and figured out the problem in less than 10 minutes. He then stayed for another 2 and a half hours on the phone with ecobee tech support since the system wasn't running up to his standard to fix the issue. The price then came in at a fraction of what I was expecting so I cannot recommend him enough. I highly recommend.
