Start to finish awesome. Tanya brought samples and gave suggestions in regards to what would have a similar feel to our previous flooring and to match our dog (so hair doesn’t show as easy). She also gave very detailed breakdowns of flooring options on the estimates. No other vendors gave this kind of detail. Carlos (our lead installer) was AMAZING! He and his crew were so organized, fast, polite and did a fantastic job. When we do the upstairs flooring we will definitely be requesting Carlos and his team. Excellent all the way around. From shopping and getting samples in the store to installation- just wonderful people, products & service! They were very fast on the day of installation and did a great job cleaning before leaving. Highly recommend!
We love our new floor! Tanya at Kimi’s in Fuquay Varina was so helpful and knowledgeable. Alex the floor installer was so meticulous and did a beautiful job. We definitely recommend this company.
