Beth is incredibly intuitive about the body, I came in with a serious amount of tension on top of connective tissue disease and other abnormalities that cause a lot of chronic pain. I could barely describe where the pain was coming from, but Beth was able to find the trigger points and release the problem areas. I left so relieved and with such an increase in movement, especially in my upper body. I’ve had 2 messages now at functional bodywork. They have both been great! Beth gave a great massage and Jessica did a combination of massage and stretching. I’d highly recommend getting a massage here! It’s a quaint peaceful office which provided the perfect level of relaxation.
