We LOVE Dr. Julia!! She is realistic, listens, and takes such great care of our pups Murphy and Val. ❤️ Devan is our FAV!! She always has ALLLLLL the love for Val when we visit! I can’t thank you all enough for making every visit worth it.

I’ve had dogs literally all my life and each vet office I’ve been to has been good.. but none like this one. When my 13 year old dog was diagnosed with cancer I decided not to put her through surgery and medically manage her. Make her comfortable. Unfortunately, she deteriorated fast and we had to humanely euthanize her sooner than we thought. The staff at 5 points were not only understanding, caring, and empathetic, they also helped me through this awful process every step of the way. They gave me options and asked how I wanted to proceed. I talked to them almost every day about her and they were always so helpful and kind. They allowed me to give my girl a dignified and peaceful passing, which is what she deserved. I am so grateful for that. Today they told me they made a memorial ornament for Sasha. I took my other dog and they gave her a “happy visit” when I picked it up. We chatted for a bit, too. It’s all about the little things for me. As soon as Sasha’s urn is delivered I’ll put this next to it. I’ll never take my dogs anywhere else ❤️🐾

We are new to the area and I called a few weeks ago to establish care for our pets, however today we had a a minor emergency, and even though they have yet to see us they did not hesitate to work us in immediately! It was such a nice change from where we moved from and it didn't cost us our first born! Everyone was so pleasant and caring, everything was explained well, we are happy to have found you!
