I called Hoopers to fix a fuel oil leak. They sent a young punk out here that was afraid of spiders. Had to call his boss next thing we know the fire dept comes out. They said it was safe. I have never had such rude service. The receptionist told me to call the tech, thought that was her job. After calling for an hour I called her back she was suppose to call me back haven’t heard for her yet.

This is truly the worst heat and air company just gonna leave my elderly grandma in the cold and thats sorry didnt even care didnt try to help at all
