“I came to BenchMark Physical Therapy in November/December of 2025 because of a right knee injury. The receptionist, Hope, was kind and thorough getting me set up with insurance and appointments. Aaron, my therapist, showed excellent knowledge in crafting my group of exercises and stretches. He knew how to motivate me and always created an encouraging atmosphere. He was always patient while reminding me of the importance of the details of doing each exercise. I started physical therapy hoping for some improvement in my symptoms of feeling the knee was unstable, being unable to straighten the knee without pain, and being unable to kneel on anything, even a mattress, without pain. But by the end of expert therapy, these symptoms are now completely gone. I am strong and confident again doing normal activities without instability or pain. “My wife saw Dr Erik Johanson two weeks post mountain bike crash over handlebars. Dr Johanson spent a lot of time listening and checking to see what was going on and what needed X-rays. He was informative and kind. We would rate him as the best PA we've ever had bc of his knowledge and time spent making sure we understood what he explained following the x-ray. The parking lot was packed so we expected a long wait without an appointment. The entire appointment with X-rays took only about 30 minutes and most of that time was Dr Johanson spending time listening and giving results of X-rays and next steps. Exceeded our expectations!
