After a getting responses from Pella, I was able to have the situation remedies satisfactorily. In addition, the gentleman, Michael, was albe to give me suffiiecient infromation to be able to fully utilize the 4 windows in a manner I was unaware of. Stll a little unhappy with the degree of difficulty in getting ahold of Pella but once that was accomplished they were just great.

I am so happy with my experience. Ray Dangelmaier was not only super helpful but also super knowledgeable as well. I got a good price on some great quality windows and it has saved my heating and cooling bill quite a lot. I would highly recommend him if you are building a new home or need a window replacement!
