Had a very pleasant experience with this particular office. Graham in particular was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. Did not end up purchasing at this time but will definitely be seeking his help in the future!

After seeing the reviews I felt compelled to share my own experience. I went to the shop looking to replace tin sheets, have them cut and get screws. The woman at the front desk was very kind and sweet, put me in contact with someone who could help. The two men that helped me were friendly, helpful and really went above and beyond to help me; made sure cuts were right and that I had the appropriate materials in correct sizes.I’m sorry to see that others didn’t have this same experience, but everyone I came across was very helpful and accommodating.
