Excellent extra mile service from Jhon. Dropped off our Outback in for check engine light and also routine service. 45 minutes later we received a video going over condition of brakes, tires, filters, etc so we knew about the general wear items. Later we got a call with a price to repair the cause of check engine light which we gave the go-ahead for. We went to pick up our vehicle but got caught in bumper to bumper State Fair traffic. We called Jhon to let him know we were not going to make it before closing and he offered to stay late and check us out. Truly awesome service and greatly appreciated!

They were excellent! Tyler took great care of us by getting our questions answered about the car. The entire team were respectful during the whole buying process. Then because the detailing and oil change still needed to be done they are delivering the car to us! Thank you for making us feel like friends and not just a source of profit!

Very comfortable, access to USB port, free snacks and coffee, friendly service, of course top notch service also top notch prices, but will work with you if find subie parts at much lower rates...also rewards program gives you money back to offset some of those dealer prices
