The staff at the Fletcher clinic were all very nice , friendly and had a good sense of humor. They were patient with me, I have memory issues and had trouble with remembering directions they gave me. They cleaned all equipment after each patient, and also changed pillow cases. I felt that equipment was sanitary. I hope if I need any other therapy, my doctor will refer me to them again.

The exercise program in the clinic comprised of exercises done at home and complimenting exercises using machines and clinic tools. Home exercises were simple and quick and didn’t consume my time, making it much easier to accomplish 2 sets of daily exercises on my own. The portal also sends friendly exercise reminders and also video instruction as an exercise guide. Appointments are easily made. Clinic visits are one-on-one with the therapist. I highly recommend them.

I was injured in a car accident and could barely move my head in any direction due to pain in my neck. Following my course of treatment at BenchMark, I am as good as new and couldn't be happier with my experience there. The staff is kind, supportive, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
