Stephanie (part owner) is the most unhelpful, unresponsive "building professional" we have ever worked with and we have done numerous builds. If she is out - she does nothing to enable anyone else in her shop to help. It took almost 4 weeks to place the cabinet order due to her being out of the office and her lack of follow up.Advanced is happy to take a 50% deposit, but has no concern about on time delivery or the quality of the partial product when it finally shows up 2 months late. It's now been a month since unfinished and in some cases undersized cabinet frames without doors or fronts have been delivered - and we are still trying to get them to fix... read full review
