Top tier service, as always. Delaney, our technician, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and effective. Not only did he resolve our issue; he explained to us what he was doing and why at each step of the way. I fully trust Scott Brothers with the care of this critical system in our home.
Delany is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to discuss the condition of our HVAC units and was thorough in pointing out their deficiencies, how he addressed them and what might be required in the future.
Andy and Curtis are the best people you have. However, I am greatly distressed and shocked at the very bad repair news Andy just told me today. With continued, unnecessary, deliberate increases in taxes and insurances, I don't need and cannot sustain any more AC bills for repairs like I suffered last year. I have repairs in other areas of my home also. I cannot help but wonder about this bad AC news...
