Ramy, the sales person who helped us made our sale super easy, explained everything and we decided to get not one but two cars the same day we went to see and test drive. I've been taking my Volvos here for over 20 years. In my opinion the service that I've become accustomed....no longer exist. It's Impossible to speak with a service advisor and for the last 3 years I've been told that they only have 1 technician. Why can't they hire or maintain qualified technicians?....is it because of management. Something needs to change
I don’t usually take the time to give reviews, but the awesome experience I had at the Fayetteville Volvo dealership deserves one. First, I start off with my salesperson, Jordan. She was fantastic, not pushing for the deal, or even try to take advantage of my wife and me. The sales manager David, was nothing but great as well. He worked hard to make sure we got the deal we were looking for and most importantly, both were very approachable and took the sale to a personal level (get to know the client, casual conversations, etc).
