I absolutely have no choice but to leave a SECOND review for this establishment, because I am so truly BLOWN AWAY by their professionalism and incredible "customer service ". I put that in quotations because at no point was I ever treated, nor did I feel like a "customer ". The entire staff here treated me as a human being, worthy of respect and understanding. I had a very good experience with unity. They made sure everything i needed was taking care of. One of the hardest experiences turned out great thanks to Unity. I would recommend to anybody. They were very nice, made sure my time was not wasted. Communication is everything and they had it. ?

I have been probably one of the most DIFFICULT clients possible (not on purpose obviously. Just very bad circumstances presently mixed with grief and serious illness) I i have been late every single time, they waited for me. Had to reschedule a bunch of times, "no problem " even though it definitely WAS a problem. Took forever to even pay for the services, they did not harass me or make me feel like a l***** When i DID finally pay, had to go through like 4 different cards and put them through like 100 times...Tiffany showed INCREDIBLE patience...I would have probably lost it on me!
