A great place to go! No matter which location I visit they are always very nice and polite. I have been in there when they were so busy and people waiting, but I am patient and everyone should be. They work very hard. Great place!
This location is not very accommodating for military members who are not always available to come in person to sign so-called “mandatory” documents just to freeze, unfreeze, or cancel a membership. I informed the salon ahead of time that I was moving and needed to freeze my account, but I was never told that I would later be required to physically come in and sign paperwork to unfreeze it after relocating. That information should have been clearly communicated upfront.
As for the facility itself, it is semi-clean but could use some updates. The rooms would benefit from fresh paint, and the tanning beds appear worn and in need of replacement or refurbishment....read full review
I was looking at the website to see what packages they offered. I saw an ad that said try one service free for new & returning customers. I tried calling this location to confirm, but no one answered the phone. I called Westwood and they said all locations were offering it. So I went to hope mills location and the girl said I couldn’t use that promotion because I had been there before (2yrs ago). I wasn’t super pleased back then but because of the promo I decided to try it again. I showed her the ad for new and return customers. She continued to tell me she couldn’t honor it.
