I was looking at the website to see what packages they offered. I saw an ad that said try one service free for new & returning customers. I tried calling this location to confirm, but no one answered the phone. I called Westwood and they said all locations were offering it. So I went to hope mills location and the girl said I couldn’t use that promotion because I had been there before (2yrs ago). I wasn’t super pleased back then but because of the promo I decided to try it again. I showed her the ad for new and return customers. She continued to tell me she couldn’t honor it. This particular location (Camden) is small and dated. The staff is always nice and very knowledgeable. I visit Fayetteville every June for a week or 2 and come in buy a month package so I can continue to build my tan. I wish they had more variety. I'm spoiled bcuz my tanning place back in TN has hydro massage, the beauty angel which is full body red light therapy (no tanning) and I love that bcuz I go in that 1st before a tanning bed to treat my skin. The machines are clean but this last time the spray tan machine (versa) the button wasn't working properly and it was frustrating trying to get it to work . Will be back next year but really Ned to update it .
I love palm beach tan. I usually go to the one in hope Mills. Which is awesome.. I love bed in room #1. I have never seen anything like it. It looks so futuristic. It's cool. But today I went to the palm beach tan at the West Wood shopping center and that one was so nice and clean. They had more beds to choose from. And the girl that was there kat was amazing. I think I'm gonna start going to that one. It's bigger also. They don't have the bed that's at the one in hope Mills but I can always go back once every few weeks to get in that one...
The products are expensive but I wouldn't use anything else. They are the best .
