My first visit turned out to be the best mani/pedi I’ve had in Fay. Very clean and sanitized space and incredible customer service and care! My manicurist (sorry so bad with names) was a class act; - extremely skilled professional, great conversationalist, and very knowledgeable. Overall, an amazing experience from beginning to end! Mahalo Nui Loa! ??
This was such a wonderful spa experience and worth the drive from Southern Pines. I haven’t had a body wrap in years so I figured I’d get one, and oh my goodness, this spa treatment surpassed anything I expected and more. My provider was Olena, and she made the experience and vibe soothing, calming and professional. I felt completely in her care and at ease, that I melted into the table. I didn’t know there would also be a body scrub and light massage it was so awesome and she took her time and care, I was there for quite a while, I highly recommend Olena! and I look forward to trying more spa treatments from The Venetian European Day Spa :)
The entire team was friendly and provided exceptional service. I was thrilled with the experience, especially since it was my first time getting a manicure. Raeanna did an excellent job.
