Selection of things awesome. Customer service from owner horrible ?, but the young lady behind counter lovely. I would definitely go somewhere else felt racial tension from Asian man. The young lady was really helpful and I had to go back 3 times because I was like a child in a candy store based on all the items you could see. I hollered lady here needs a raise doubt they do anything because coming into store owner wasn't courtesy to me a potential customer so if I had to refer based on Selection of hair and skin products a 4. But with his lousy customer service a 1 for certain. You don't see Asian people buying hair in a colored community unless owners and their business....read full review
Great customer service. Everyone in the shop was very helpful. I was greeted by the lady in the wig section. I end up buying more than what I came in for. Great suggestive selling. and the two cashiers were nice and pleasant as well. It was my first time at this location and I was very impressed. I will be back!
I don’t know the young man’s name with the locs but he was absolutely amazing!!!! He was a big help with helping me decide on which wig I wanted and he kept my mom and I entertained the entire time!
