HORRIBLE MEMBERSHIP POLICY. do not go here unless you are definitely going to be living here and consistently going to this gym for over 3 years. the gym seems nice and friendly and whatever until it comes time when you have to pick up and move unexpectedly (as how it is with the military). it took 6 intensive months and the involvement of 3 different 3rd-party agencies (NCDOJ, BBB, and my bank) to finally get them to close my account. it is not worth the hassle and there are better gyms with more lenient policies (Fit4Life, your apartment gym, etc) in Fayetteville. absolutely do not give this company any of your business. anything I gained from this gym was lost by the...read full review

The spa gym is fun! The pool is great. The hot tub and steam room are great! The green drinks and yoghurt parfait at Carrots are delicious. The gym is clean. Members are nice. People, who work there, already know me by name. I love it!

I’m embarrassed I didn’t read the reviews prior to signing up here and so disappointed I didn’t run in the opposite direction when the contract was 3 YEARS LONG. I feel like an idiot. I can’t even get a hold of their “corporate” office who was supposed to process my cancellation upon a PCS.This place is too expensive and the quality of service does not match how much you’d be paying for a membership. It’s not worth your time and money.Please do not sign up for this place.
