I’m embarrassed I didn’t read the reviews prior to signing up here and so disappointed I didn’t run in the opposite direction when the contract was 3 YEARS LONG. I feel like an idiot. I can’t even get a hold of their “corporate” office who was supposed to process my cancellation upon a PCS.This place is too expensive and the quality of service does not match how much you’d be paying for a membership. It’s not worth your time and money.Please do not sign up for this place.
Sent in cancelation paperwork in August due to a PCS move and they are still taking monthly payments out of my account. Hope this company likes lawyers because I've had enough of the games.
Do yourself and never go here. You will not he able to get out of your membership AT ALL. Horrible business, horrible owner. For years been trying to cancel my membership and after them refusing i finally quit paying and it will now go to collections, FOR WHAT? Nothing is financed. Drive as fast as you can when you drive by this place.
