Puro clean appears to be knowledgable and well meaning, but due to my experience with the insurance company and having both present in my home at once, I feel some deception occurred. Firstly, I was told by my insurance agent to identify where a water leak was coming from in my home and have it confirmed. The initial plumber who came to my house spoke with my insurance agent directly stating the plumbing was the cause of the leak. Puro clean/ Aaron spoke to me seemingly privately* telling me after a plumper company put unnecessary holes in my walls that he blamed the water leak on my daughter and from not having the curtain closed.
