I'm so grateful I signed up!!! I walked in and was immediately greeted with smiles at the front desk and got my membership set up in a flash. I was so nervous about not knowing what I'm doing or seeming out of place but this place has the loveliest, non-judgmental atmosphere ever! But the best part by far is the trainer, I adore her! Miranda listened to my goals and created a plan for me that I'm super excited about. You can tell she loves what she does and never lost her patience even when she had to correct my form a million and a half times. i prefer to go in the middle of the night when the gym is mostly empty. very clean compared to others i’ve been to and the usual third shift guy is super friendly! i swear i’ve never seen him in a bad mood. only thing i have to say is the showers do tend to go cold pretty quickly in the women’s locker room but turning the water off and back on fixes it, no biggie.

when they say "no judgement" its true. I can use what equipment I want at whatever level/speed/length of time I am comfortable with and no-one judges me (at least not out loud lol) There's so many great pieces of equipment to choose from, as weight stations/machines. You should really check it out for yourself.
