The staff was professional, but still very personal. They all called me by name. My assigned therapist listened to me and used her skills and experience to reduce feelings of chronic pain and tightness in my neck, knees and back of a 94 year old body. The other benefit is the scheduling process. They always worked to accommodate my schedule. I recommend those that need Physical Therapy give them a try.
First off, the ladies behind the counter are very friendly and fun. They set a good vibe for the facility. The therapists are great as well. My schedule is busy (as most people’s days are), but they were very flexible to my schedule and provided documents and online app to do my exercises as well. All n all - great experience.
The staff is great, professional, and they always have a smile when they see you. They always have something new for you to try. They are not afraid to do hands on stretches. The times fit my schedule as early as 0700.
