Pediatric Developmental Therapy

My son (4 years old) has been going here for speech and occupational therapy for over a year. They are WONDERFUL! I haven’t met a single person I didn’t enjoy speaking to and his therapists are AMAZING! So much improvement since he’s been there. Heather Beasley and Mahalia Adams are GOLD.

My son has ASD he goes here for OT and we absolutely love it . His therapist (Sam) is great with him . If I sit in on a session with them she teaches me while she is teaching him . She’ll explain what she’s doing , why she’s doing it , and what she’s trying to get him to do . She gives me ideas on what to try at home . She makes sure if she challenges him or pushes him that I look out for how he is emotionally afterwards . She cares about his development beyond the 45 minutes she spends with him . Please be mindful that the staff here do NOT wear masks. I was shocked when I walked in and saw that no one had a mask on. Younger children can not be vaccinated so it is important that we protect them, especially with covid on the rise again. Everyone here is very nice and I would recommend them if you don’t mind that they don’t wear masks. They said they would wear one at his visits but they did NOT when we came to the next visit. I really want my son to get the therapy he needs but o don’t want my kids to get covid.
