We visited Parnell as well as a few other pool & hot tub stores while considering a hot tub. Parnell not only had the best inventory and prices but also the best customer service. Mickey was great! The hot tub we wanted had to be ordered and he kept us up to date while we waited for it to come in. He was also very helpful when it came time to install and after it was installed. We know nothing about taking care of a hot tub so when my husband went in with our water sample, everything was explained to him very thoroughly. They are always patient and willing to answer any questions we have. We are enjoying our hot tub thanks to Mickey and the rest of the team at Parnell!
I would strongly recommend Parnell Pool & Spa! They have always treated me well and been extremely helpful. They know everything about pools and installed an outstanding pool for me that has had no issues for years. I have heard of other people going with a cheaper quote to then have to call Parnell later to fix it. Thanks for everything, Parnell Pool & Spa!
